YuantongYazhu Student Dormitory

4-Person Room, NT$3,800 per bed

Residents are required to register any needed repairs at the ground floor reception. Maintenance staff will be arranged by the dormitory for necessary repairs.

Students are responsible for cleaning their rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and shared areas, including refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser. Any damage must be compensated for by the responsible student. Residents are required to purchase special trash bags designated for New Taipei City and dispose of their garbage in the B1 trash room.

The cleaning staff from YuantongYazhu Dormitory is responsible for cleaning only the common area, laundry room, and small kitchen.
