All UPTP students reside in four-person rooms at the Yuantong Yazhu Student Dormitory, with dormitory costs covered by the UPTP Project Office. Upon check-in, students must personally sign pages 1, 10, 11, and 12 of the Yuantong Yazhu Dormitory Rental Agreement and submit the signed lease agreement on their move-in date.

Maintenance
Students can report any necessary repairs at the ground floor reception. The dormitory will arrange maintenance staff for repairs as needed.

Student Responsibilities

• Students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and shared areas, including the refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser.
• Any damages must be compensated by the responsible student.
• Students must purchase designated trash bags for New Taipei City from the convenience store and dispose of their garbage in the B1 trash room. 

Dormitory Cleaning Services
The cleaning staff at Yuantong Yazhu Dormitory is responsible for maintaining only the common areas, laundry room, and small kitchen.
